Al Pastor Tacos - Pulled pork and pineapple on corn tortillas with onion, cilantro, queso fresco cheese and lime, Two per person. Heat and eat.
Alfredo Primavera - pasta, homemade alfredo sauce, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, squash, mushrooms, tomato
Artichoke Spaghetti - We will prepare a light cream sauce with tomatoes, artichokes, garlic, nutmeg, parmesan and you prepare thin spaghetti noodles
Big Mac Bowls - ground turkey or beef, roasted sweet potatoes, lettuce, pickles, onion, cheese and a homemade thousand island dressing
Blackened Chicken Sandwich - seasoned grilled chicken, red onion, greens and a zesty dressing
Blackened Salmon and asparugus- A foil pouch ready to bake in the oven or hit the grill.
Boursin Orzo - One pot, oven baked orzo pasta with boursin cheese, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and cheese.
Broccoli Bowl- ground Turkey with a sweet chili sesame sauce, roasted broccoli, cashews, bell pepper, white rice
Bruschetta Burgers - two seasoned burger patties stuffed with tomato, basil, onion and a balsamic aioli. Served on a brioche bun.

Chicken Tikka Masala - an indian dish with a little heat - charred chicken in a tomato cream sauce with turmeric rice and peas (ready made sauce, you make the rice)

Dan Dan Noodles- Thai inspired rice noodles in a sesame peanut sauce with steamed pork dumplings. GF
French Dip Sandwiches- Roast beef sandwiches on sourdough bread with provolone and au jus.
Gigi's Veggie Spaghetti - A wine based tomato sauce with ground beef, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and green olives. Served with Thin Spaghetti. Heat and eat.

Smash Macs - A cross between a taco and a big mac. Flour, wheat or corn tortilla with a thin meat patty, lettuce, pickled onions, cheese and thousand island dressing.
Spaghetti with Marinara - Thin spaghetti with a homemade marinara sauce. Served with garlic bread.
Stuffed Santa Fe Burgers - two seasoned burger patties stuffed with cheese, salsa and green chilies
Sweet and Sour Chicken - Oven baked tempura chicken with sauce, veggies and rice.
Taco Crunchwraps - shredded chicken, turkey or beef taco meat, lettuce, cheese, tomato, lime cream sauce, onion and a tostada wrapped in a large flour tortilla. All prepped and ready for you to assemble.
